Nation Building – transport semi-trailers by rail.

Rather than moving freight by individual semi-trailers along our highways, (which is not very fuel efficient and contributes to congestion and wear of our major highways); multiple semi-trailers could be transported by rail, to be offloaded at major cities along the east coast. Such a rail link could be built through a government and private partnership.
